Summary:
We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for CLWs location in Centerburg, OH.
As a DSP, you will work in a day program setting, providing day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the health and safety of our clients while assisting them with daily activities and quality care.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in day-hab and vocational services Ensure the health and safety of clients at all times Provide quality care and support in daily activities Collaborate with a team of professionals to meet the needs of clients
Qualifications:
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
We provide training for all employees, so a compassionate heart and willingness to learn are essential.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test Must be able to pass criminal, as well as, driving history background requirements
